Cancellation Policy

Pick of the Pack Training Policies 1. Scheduling & Cancellations Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for that session with a 10% no-show fee. If you arrive late, sessions will still end at the scheduled time. 2. Payments & Packages Payment is due at the start of the first session or when booking online. Training packages must be paid in full to reserve your spot. Packages expire the designated months from purchase and unused sessions do not roll over. 3. Dog Readiness & Safety Dogs must be up-to-date on core vaccinations. Please have your dog on a secure leash, collar, or harness at the start of each session. If a dog displays unsafe aggression, sessions may be modified, paused, or referred to a behavior specialist for everyone’s safety. 4. Environment & Participation Training works best when all household members are consistent. Family participation is encouraged! Sessions take place in your home or designated training location. Please ensure a quiet, low-distraction environment to maximize focus. 5. Results & Responsibility Training success depends on consistency outside of lessons. You’ll receive homework and practice guidance — following through is essential for long-term progress. Results cannot be guaranteed, as each dog learns at their own pace, but you’ll always receive professional support and personalized strategies.
